Welcome to "Campo Alle Lucciole", your authentic Tuscan retreat in Peccioli. This renovated stonehouse is nestled in olive groves, with furnishings designed for the property, combining Tuscan charm with modern comforts. Surrounded by medieval villages and vineyards, it's near Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, San Gimignano, Florence, and Cinque Terre. The perfect balance of tranquility and cultural richness awaits you. We are owners of the Restaurant Ferretti, and live and work nearby the property. "Campo Alle Lucciole" is a private, two-level stone house located on a five-hectare estate filled with olive groves. The property is designed for exclusive use, meaning you will not share any part of it with other guests. The ground floor includes a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen-diner, and a bathroom. On the upper level, you will find the main bedroom featuring a matrimonial bed and a private exit to the olive grove. Located in a strategic location with panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, this property offers privacy, space, and proximity to local attractions. All facilities and the vast outdoor area, including the olive groves and gardens, are for your sole use throughout your stay.

Tommaso's stone house is lovely and located in an incredibly beautiful and secluded Tuscan rural valley. We enjoyed the seclusion and quiet of the property, taking advantage on sunny days of the lawn chairs and eating a light meal in the covered patio just outside the door. The setting is heavenly. The property is very close to Peccioli, and we ate twice at the family restaurant. Tommaso was helpful to come by as soon as he could with a few items that were missing when we arrived. Guests should expect that this is a camp or cabin-type accommodation and is not the same as a luxury home in the city. The bathroom is very small, and the shower stall is only large enough to stand in (not bend over), with a very narrow opening to enter. A vehicle with higher clearance is recommended for driving the steep, primitive road down into the valley. We enjoyed our stay very much, despite a few inconveniences. It's definitely a great location if you want to bring along a dog.
Un posto davvero incantevole. Splendida casetta immersa in un mare verde, che solo la vista rilassa corpo e mente. Ideale per chi ha voglia di staccare dal resto del mondo, pur avendo comunque il paese di Peccioli raggiungibile sia a piedi (passeggiata che raccomando) che in auto in poco tempo. Inoltre è ideale anche per chi ha dei cani, come me, che hanno avuto tutto lo spazio per correre e divertirsi indisturbati. Sia Tommaso che la sua famiglia sono persone di cuore e molto disponibili, attenti ai bisogni dei clienti. Spero di tornarci presto… non nego di averci lasciato un pezzettino di cuore! ♥️
Als je tot rust wilt komen, dan moet je hier zijn. Een hele rustige omgeving rondom het huis, heel erf prive. Je kunt er goed wandelen, maar op 20minuten loopafstand heb je het stadje waar je lekker op t terras kan zotten of een ijsje kan halen. Of je gaat met de auto, dan ben je er echt in 5 min in het stadje. Het huis zelf was ook prima, vond alleen de badkamer erg klein. Je moet niet dik zijn, anders kom je serieus niet de douche cabine binnen. Ook het toilet vond ik niet zo hygienisch. Ook de attributen in de keuken waren zeer schaars. Dus de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding kan beter (prijs wat hoog). Maar moet zeggen dat de host alles weer goedmaakt! Je hoeft het maar te vragen en hij reageert snel en fixt het voor je. Zo lief! Ook hun familie restaurant is een aanrader om te eten. Ze verkopen ook lekkere koekjes en ijs! We hebben een super vakantie gehad! De hond was ook mee en heeft het ook top gehad. Kon lekker vrij rennen daar. En in peccioli mag de hond ook overal mee naartoe.
Als wir die Unterkunft übernommen haben waren In der Küche Flecken auf Boden und Wänden wahrscheinlich von den Vermietern und die Dusche sah aus als wäre sie seit Wochen nicht gereinigt worden inklusive schwarzem Schimmel an den Fliesen. Essen zu zubereiten gestaltete sich schwer da jedesmal wenn man Ofen und Herd gleichzeitig nutzen wollte die Sicherung rausgeflogen ist und man erst in den Garten musste um sie wieder zu starten, gleiches galt für die Nutzung von Waschmaschine und anderen Geräten in Kombination. Leider gab es keinerlei Platz zum verstauen von Kleidung, da alle schränke mit irgendwelchen privaten Zeug voll waren, sodass man seine Kleidung auf der Couch ausbreiten musste. Was wir als störend empfanden war das Vermieter oder Bekannte von ihm mehrfach unangekündigt am Haus aufgetaucht sind. Des Weiteren gab es leider keine Möglichkeit Müll adäquat zu entsorgen, was dann auch noch beim Auszug durch den Vermieter kritisiert wurde.
We had a nice stay at this house, a classic italian stone-house. Not too luxurious, but it has a good location, 35 minutes from Pisa and 1.5 hours from Siena. The house is best suited for 2 people. The host Tommaso and his family was very welcoming and service-minded!

Our property is ideally situated, offering a peaceful farm-like setting with the convenience of being just a short 3-minute drive from the city center. Major supermarkets and stores are a mere 5 minutes away by car. Unique to our location is the sense of privacy and space, as we are surrounded only by other farms, with the nearest neighbor being 200 meters away. It's the perfect blend of rural serenity and easy access to amenities.
To explore the surrounding areas, a car is recommended. The property is a 3-minute drive to the city center and 5 minutes to major supermarkets and stores. We offer a private covered parking spot at the property for your convenience. In the historic center of Peccioli, free street parking is readily available, along with three free parking lots. For added convenience, there is also a paid covered underground parking lot, equipped with an elevator that connects the street level to the upper historic center. This variety of parking options ensures you'll always find a suitable place for your vehicle.
