Rob's apartment is in a block of serviced apartments. We were given number 18 on the first floor, accessible via a set of stairs. It's in a terrific location with Manuka Oval and restaurants/shops/supermarket all within easy walking distance. The apartment was really spacious and clean and we would have given 5 stars except for the following things (which we messaged Rob about at the end of our stay but he didn't reply or acknowledge): the fridge needs replacing or repairing as it wasn't cooling fully; the kitchen equipment needs topping up (there were no tongs or salad bowls and not enough cutlery for the four of us); and the shower water temperature goes up and down between too hot and tool cold as it seems to be affected by hot water use in other apartments. Fix these few things and the apartment would be perfect!
