Access Lake Augusta and Clearwater Lake via channel with our complimentary kayaks. After a day of exploring, retreat to comfortable bedrooms where you can recharge for another day of fun-filled activities. Whether you're seeking outdoor thrills or leisurely pursuits, Hidden Point Retreat promises an unforgettable experience. ☆☆OUTDOOR☆☆ The backyard provides an expansive yard ideal for outdoor games and features a fire pit with seating for 6 for cozy bonfires, s'mores, and cherished moments together. ☆☆LIVING AREAS☆☆ The spacious, open main level provides ample room for all guests and serves as an ideal gathering spot. Relax on the cozy couches, enjoy TV entertainment, gather around the gas fireplace or choose from a selection of board games to play with family and friends. Enjoy preparing meals in the kitchen featuring an electric stove top and plenty of counter space. Come together around our dining room table that comfortably seats 6 to refuel for your next day adventures. If you need to work during your stay with us, we supply a desk space and WiFi to ensure you can complete your tasks before getting back out to enjoy the area. ☆☆BEDS AND BATHS☆☆ Bedrooms one and two feature a queen beds and are both located on the 2nd floor. Additionally we have a sleeper sofa in the loft if you need to sleep 6. These well-appointed bedrooms are equipped with white top-quality linens, extra pillows, cozy blankets, noise machines, room darkening shades and ceiling fans. For your convenience, all three bedrooms share a centrally located bathroom which features a spacious walk-in shower and all the bathroom amenities you will need. There is an additional full bathroom on the main level as well. ☆☆ADDITIONAL SPACES☆☆ You'll find a washer and dryer conveniently tucked away in the utility room next to the kitchen. This cute cabin was the perfect weekend getaway! It was very peaceful, clean, and comfortable. We had a bonfire on the waterfront under the hanging lights, cozied up by the fireplace, and made awesome meals in the big kitchen! I would definitely recommend this staycation to anyone looking to get out of the cities for a few nights!
Enjoyed our stay here for the weekend. Very easy keyless entry to the house. House was very clean and open, kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans and baking sheets and seasonings, and bathrooms were stocked with hair dryer, tissue, and plenty of towels. Has a nice reading nook upstairs with large windows, main floor has a wonderful fireplace and plenty of seating area for the four of us. It was perfect for a quiet getaway from the city. Area doesn’t have very much to do if you’re looking for that, but we had everything we wanted in our stay; quiet, secluded, and peaceful. Dan is very responsive and didn’t have a laundry list of check out to-do’s that I’m used to with other airbnbs!
One of the best— if not THE best—hosts we’ve ever dealt with! Extremely helpful and friendly, he made was could have been a stressful stay (we were there for work, outside, in extreme conditions) a very delightful one. And when it snowed and we couldn’t work, the big windows with a great view made it magical. Really, you have to go and check it out for yourself! An amazing house, in the middle of nowhere so you can rest and relax, plenty of board games to entertain yourself with, hot water, washer and dryer, nice backyard with a fire pit, heated floors, an amazing fireplace inside and oh, a very well equipped modern kitchen. I mean, just go and check it out for yourself, you definitely won’t regret it!
I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The house was not only clean, but very comfortable. We loved the fireplace and the close proximity to the lake. This was our first stay at an Air bnb and we loved that there were no surprises and it was nice to have a home to stay in versus a hotel. More importantly, Dan was amazing! His availability was impressive especially because it was during the holidays. We had a couple of changes we had to make and he took care of everything for us. We really felt he went above and beyond! We will definitely be back and would 100%recommend Hidden Point to anyone planning to stay in the area.

South Haven is a wonderful small town and is only ~10 minutes away from Annandale.
There are restaurants within 5-10 minutes if you are wanting to grab a meal out or take out. Check out our guidebook for more info.
The Hidden Point Retreat is located on a dirt road. There is parking for vehicles in front of our cabin.
Our home offers plenty of parking space in the driveway. Should you choose to venture out you will be happy to find that our location allows for effortless exploration of nearby restaurants, bars, and shops.
Rideshare apps such as Uber & Lyft have limited availability in the area so having a vehicle is best for getting around.
