Kick back and relax in our stylish casa located in a small community called Nosara Springs, where we all build our own homes and share the jungle together. Nosara Springs is Biological Reserve land with mature vegetation and abundant wildlife. Less than a 5 minute drive to Playa Pelada, our home built in 2023, has AC and an open air floor plan, complete with 2 terraces; our living room terrace with salt water soaking pool and our kitchen terrace with BBQ. You are surrounded by our gardens. Located on the spectacular Nicoya Peninsula, Casa Suave Brisa is in a small community called Nosara Springs. Located in Section R of Nosara, locals refer to R Section as Nosara Springs, because it stretches along the Rio Nosara and is home to the ultimate jungle surroundings. Much of Nosara Springs is Biological Reserve land, with nature trails, winding through picturesque scenery, teeming with mature vegetation and an abundance of wildlife. Pelada, which is a part of Nosara, is an excellent choice for a relaxing time away from the crowds, yet it is still close – 5 minute drive, to all the amenities Nosara Guiones has to offer. Because we are in Pelada, we are less than a 5 minute drive to 2 excellent grocery stores, the gas station, bank, hardware store, liquor store, local vegetable and fruit grocery, a terrific bakery and 2 coffee shops, not to mention, we are just a 12 minutes walk (or less than a 5 minute drive) to Playa Pelada. Playa Pelada is the perfect place for families to spend the day relaxing and is also known for its excellent surfing. Playa Pelada is only short walk along the beach or a 5 minute drive to the neighboring Playa Guiones. Our home is a NO SERVICE PET PROPERTY, authorized by AIRBNB

We just came back from a wonderful stay at Casa Suave Brisa. Ariane and Mark were wondeful hosts. They were very proactive with sending information about the house and surrounding area with many local recommendations. The house was well stocked, very clean, and in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is very pretty and quiet. I would say it is ideal if you prefer to be just outside of the main hub, but only a short drive away.
We can’t say enough about how wonderful the visit was from start to finish. The only sad part was that we had to leave! Ariane was an incredible host with so much helpful information! We loved every minute of our stay!
The description is spot on. The house is new and beatifully architectured with open, inviting common areas. The open main area of the house is amazing. The only thing better than the accomadations were the hosts. Very nice, helpful and communicated in a extremely prompt manner. The house is impeccably clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had most items a cook could want/need. It is open and easy to work in. The 3 dining areas are nice and different, as well. Like eating in a different restaurant each night. The pool and grounds are well maintained (daily) and offer beautiful flowers, as well as shade. Centrally located, you are within a short drive to beaches, restaurants and markets. The fairy new supermarket is a 3 minute drive. Bonus... you are away from the crowds, noise and conjestion of downtown Guiones. The waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys is also a treat. When we stumbled upon this home on Air B&B it seemed almost to good to be true. It is brand new and everything was as perfect as it was online. Ariane is the most thoughtful host. We had lots of communication before we arrived with all the information one could want about the area. Our check in was very easy and instructions to find the property were great. The Villa is beautifully furnished and we loved the fun touches around the home. The kitchen is great and has everything you could possibly want. The beds are super comfy and air con and ceiling fans kept us lovely and cool. The gardens are beautiful and we loved sitting under the terrace whilst the children took a welcome dip in the plunge pool. The location in Nosara springs was so peaceful and close to some great restaurants which Ariane had recommend. Ariane went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you Ariane for making our time in Nosara so special. We will be back.
