I booked William’s flat for my parents who were visiting from overseas. It was close to my place and all on one level which was the key criteria, as my mom is not the most mobile. That said, this place was so cute I’d be just as inclined to have friends stay there as well (and my folks would definitely stay again). They were greeted by a handwritten note and bottle of wine which made them feel right at home on arrival. Really nicely decorated, the rooms are bright, airy and clean - and a good size, so no tripping over suitcases. Fully functional (and super cute) kitchen meant they didn’t have to travel out for every meal, which was helpful, although there are plenty of options within reach on the high street (and beyond, with Sydenham station closeby, offering easy connections to central London). Lovely private garden with outdoor furniture - all that was missing was sunshine. Maybe next time! Thanks William for a lovely stay!

it was great to be in this House. very well decorated, clean and felt warm and cosy. check in was easy and received a great bottle of wine. we got lucky with some sun and eat out in the garden was a plus. I would definitely come back. thanks William for being very helpful.
