lovely little flat close to crystal palace park

Great apartment in a peaceful and green location right next to Crystal Palace Park. I found it very relaxing to return to this area after whole days of crowds in central London. Well connected to city centre, we used Sydenham, Penge East and Crystal Palace tube/train stations, all within walking distance. Apartment is very nice and comfortable, with everything you might need provided. Beds are great and our kids loved the kids' room. The hosts are very responsive and the communication was excellent. When we plan to visit London again, first thing I'll do is check if this apartment is available.

This was our second visit to Mike's place and it was just as lovely as we remembered. A lovely apartment, very clean and in a great location. Thanks Mike :)

lovely, cosy, peaceful flat. great communication from host. 15 mins walk to overground (with kids). we used shops /amenities 10-15 mins walk away at Sydenham.

Nous avons séjourné chez Mike avec nos 2 enfants de 5 ans et 8 mois. L’appartement est très fonctionnel notamment avec les enfants, bien placé, propre… une bonne adresse 😊
