This particular accommodation is close to all the main points of interest, making it easy to plan your stay. Penthouse in the heart of the village! Directly on the Plaza and in front of the Playa Del Medano, we offer this completely refurbished (in 2023) holiday accommodation, with a lot of attention to detail and in a linear and modern style with high quality finishings. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bidet and window, a living room with fully equipped open plan kitchen including a water filter system, dining area and a 23m2 terrace protected from the wind, with a postcard view of the ocean and its infinity with the Red Mountain in the background. The ideal place to dream! There are also two sun beds and an outdoor dining table, protected by a sun awning. All the comforts are within easy reach in this special place... As usual, bed linen and towels, both with their replacements, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV channels, washing machine, beach towels, ironing kit and hairdryer are included. We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment for kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other sports equipment inside this holiday property.

Great location and stunning views from the 4th floor balcony . Located in the town centre and across the road from a well stocked supermarket. Plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment is comfortable but in all fairness the living area is somewhat cramped with no TV (each bedroom has a TV) and I would guess that if there were 4 adults they will struggle for space. Parking is “on street” and without doubt it is a challenge to find a space sometimes you can be lucky but most times it is several times round the back streets looking for a space.

My stay at thus Medano4You apartment was very pleasant and the fotos/descriptions matched exactly my expectations. The central location was great as there are nice restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. The beach is perfect for surfing and also great for short hikes or beach walks. There are many amazing restaurants also in the neighboring villages and the several beaches within a short drive by car. Even though the place hasn't got a dedicated parking spot it was easy to park your car within a radius of a 1-2 mins walk. The spacious terrace overlooking the main square of Medano and the beach was beautiful. For being located very central in the heart of the city, it still was very quite and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances, coffee machine and electric orange juice machine etc. I definitely would rent this very place again.
