** No service fees payable** An amazing, character filled, home, nestled in the heart of St Albans Cathedral quarter on the much loved and sought Fishpool street, this characterful two bedroom, two bathroom home is filled with wonderful features and lots of charm - this is the perfect base for anybody wanting a tasteful, convenient and well appointed home. 3 minutes walk up into the city centre and on the cusp of Verulam park and the Cathedral. A lovely cottage feel with ground floor living area, lower ground floor kitchen and dinner leading to a private rear garden - lovely for summer evening drinks! theres also a sofa bed in the lower ground floor and another bathroom, great for larger parties. to the first floor is a double bedroom and family bathroom and to the top floor is the main bedroom with super king bed!

Nick’s house is on one of the most beautiful streets in St Albans. Great location short walk to the centre and also the park! Very nice home and felt just like being at home. Nick was great with communication.
Great location and lovely area within walking distance of the city. Well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Shower didn’t work too well upon arrival after 24 hours of travel but Nick was extremely responsive and addressed it the next day. Unfortunately I didn’t expect the property to be spread across 4 floors with steep narrow stairs which made it a little difficult with large suitcases and an unfortunate fall down the stairs injuring my back.
A lovely, cosy terraced cottage on one of St Alban’s most historic and pretty streets - within 10 minutes walk to shops, restaurant, the cathedral and park. Great facilities in a peaceful location. We really enjoyed our stay, and Nick was a responsive, helpful host.

Location wise, this is perfect! right in the middle St Albans centre, whilst still being so peaceful and quiet. Only minutes from the Cathedral and on the door step of all St Albans world famous pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.
