It’s always fun to stay somewhere fun and unique and this beautiful A-frame delivers making the most of a quaint and cozy space to offer a deluxe king suite with soaking tub and walk-in shower as well as an additional downstairs bedroom and sleeping space upstairs for two kids. Enjoy the great outdoors with a soak in the hot tub or roasting marshmallows over the fire. Bring the pups along with the peace-of-mind of a fenced-in yard for them to explore and sniff to their heart's content while the kids enjoy hours of fun on the playground. Kitchen also features a gas stove, oven, Keurig Duo coffee machine, flatware, drinkware, dishes, cookware, bakeware, crock pot, toaster, blender, and grilling tools. Living - Fireplace, sofa, chair, Smart HDTV, bookshelf with vintage collection of reading material, laundry closet. Downstairs Master Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2) - King bed, nightstand, bench, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Downstairs Master Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2) - Queen bed, nightstand, bench, Smart HDTV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs Loft (sleeps 2) – Two twin beds, nightstand, dresser, chairs, Smart HDTV, private access to balcony with rocking chairs. Outdoor – Fenced-in yard, playset, hot tub, outdoor bar height table with seating for 4, sofa, gas grill, rocking chairs, fire pit with seating for 6. General - Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Large flat circle drive for easy in/out boat parking, Smart HDTVs throughout cabin. Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free WiFi. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior security cameras facing away from cabin and monitoring activity approaching cabin's entrances. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 6 guests, no exceptions. Note that stacked wood inside the cabin is decorative only and should not be used for firewood.

The guest portal was extremely thoughtful, convenient, and vital to the stay. The host was very communicative to use it for directions to the cabin, key to get in, checking out procedures, and all the recommendations of spots to see. The cabin was so nice and the backyard was fantastic! We were so grateful to bring our two fur kids with us. Absolutely recommend this place and hope to stay at more locations under this management. Incredible!
What a gorgeous cabin stay. Our dogs loved checking out the yard and we loved getting to relax knowing they were fully fenced in. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful - it was a perfect weekend getaway and Ashley and the Marshmallow team were great.
Fantastic stay! The design was inspiring and a minimalist dream. Extra spacious and everything you need for a getaway. About 10 minutes away from Hochatown. The location is tucked away in a pretty spot that feels private but you can still see other cabins in view. The cabin was very clean and the beds slept great! The driveway had ample room to fit our trailer with the SXS perfectly. The loft upstairs has a steep but extra sturdy ladder, perfect for kids older than 8 but if you’ve got younger little ones you might find it hard to keep them off of it. The address didn’t pull up on the GPS so make sure to read the written directions with care. We will be back!
We have stayed at three different places in Broken Bow, and this has been our favorite! Great location, beautiful scenery, and gorgeous cabin! Would definitely recommend booking.
The house was great. Everything was clean and in working order. The house backs up to a fairly busy highway, so there was a bit of road noise throughout the day but died down significantly in the evening. Getting there was another story. After you book you're instructed to log in to a different site for instructions. It tells you not to GPS and follow step by step instructions. Those instructions clearly led us to black A-frame next door, which happens to be owned by the same company and has identical signage. There are no visible house numbers. Long story short, after a very confusing text conversation with the host we ended up getting in to the wrong house and not realizing it until the wee hours of the night. Ashley was quickly responsive in attempting to help figure out the issue, but ultimately we solved the problem by ourselves.
