It has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining area, living room, and private decks. Our Master Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen bed with ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities. The master has a chest of drawers and an armoire available for clothing storage. The two bedrooms on the east side of the unit each come with a Queen bed. the north bedroom has a dedicated lap-top friendly work space with additional docking station, monitor, and desk. The second bathroom is complete with double vanities and full tub/shower. Our kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, slow cooker, spices, toaster, coffee pot (both drip and single-serve), and a blender. Perfect for making any meals at home. The dining table seats 6, with the bar seating an additional 3 comfortably. Our laundry room is available to guests, and laundry soap is provided. We ask that the lint trap is cleaned after each use. We enjoy both decks in our unit. The deck on the east side is accessible by both bedrooms and is mostly shaded throughout the day. This is the perfect place for bird watching, or decompressing after a long day of exploring! The deck on the west side is larger and is great for entertaining the whole gang. Where it is west-facing, it can get a bit warm and sunny- we have provided a shade which can be drawn for added comfort. A perk to a lower unit is often it remains cooler during the hot summer months. It can, however get warm in the evenings. We often open the windows in the evenings, and close windows and blinds during the day. Each room is also equipped with a ceiling fan for added airflow and comfort. We also provide a free-standing fan for extra airflow. Our unit is entirely family-friendly! We provide games and activities to keep the little ones (and those little at heart) entertained. Valley Center Park is located just steps away from the front door of our unit. This park comes with a play structure with swings and a large open space. This is perfect for sending the kids to get their wiggles out! Amenities for babies and toddlers: We have a Pack n' Play and high chair available. You'll also find kid friendly drinkware and utensils in the kitchen. The unit is equipped with a 50" Smart TV.
