We enjoyed our stay here, was as advertised. Hosts added a few little touches that were noticed and appreciated. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub…it was cleaned at least once while we were there and a minor issue with the pump was fixed almost immediately.

Walkable quiet location/view were the highlights. Nice park a few blocks away with a spectacular Shasta view.

Great place. I think it's a good idea for potential guests to read the Cancellation policy and be firm about their reservation dates before booking. I said that because the host won't accept your cancellation request if there are war, severe events, or acts of God. with no fault of your own. I can't fault the host for that just because I am more understanding than he or she is. We were able to work it out and postpone the reservation
