My family and I stayed here while our home was being renovated and we had such a pleasant stay! Jessy made everything very easy - from how communicative she was, to how “stocked” the house was with everything we could need. It just made my life so easy knowing I didn’t even have to pack coffee! ;-) We loved the neighborhood especially how safe it is, how close it was to the playground, and the well lit streets with sidewalks. I hope I never have another home renovation but if I do, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The price was great too - much more affordable than a long term stay hotel, plus we had more space and could bring our dog. Thanks Jessy!

Really great place, super clean with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Quiet residential neighborhood in a great location for anyone staying in the Wilmington area. Jessy is a great host who answered all questions quickly.

This house is in a great location - convenient to everything yet situated in a quiet neighborhood with a park down the street. The house looks just like the pictures inside and out. This was my second stay here and I imagine it will not be my last!

Jessy’s house completely met our expectations! It was just as described and located in a quiet neighborhood. She responded quickly when we had questions and provided clear entry and exit instructions. We 100% recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
