Team Brandon were great hosts. Everything was very easy. Their house is large and comfortable. Sleeps many with a shared 2 sided bathroom and another full bathroom downstairs. The location was good in easy walking distance to market street mall and the Brandywine. We enjoyed the stay and appreciate the efforts of the Brandon hosts to keep it nice and their high service levels.

Unit had everything we needed for a 3 1/2 week business trip. Walkable to restaurants, courthouses, business district, and Brandywine Park. Great host and communication. Easy check-in.

Brandon’s place was great. I was in town for work so I didn’t get to spend much time in the area. The townhouse is in a great location and within walking distance of many places. After dinner I would spend many nights in the back parking area smoking cigars. No fear of the traffic or the people in the area. I would happily stay here again.

My family and I stayed a few days here and the pictures did not do the place justice. Absolutely beautiful home and literally provided EVERYTHING you could need to feel right at home. The host as well as his co-host Courtney and Jessy all checked in on us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed and always responded quickly. My children LOVED the loft the most but enjoyed the house in general. This was truly one of the best homes I’ve stayed in, this will forever be a place we will return to. Thank you Brandon, Courtney and Jessy for providing us your home to stay and all of your accommodations and communication during our stay.
