Perfect spot for a quiet weekend at Lake Martin. Located in a quiet slough, this quaint cottage apartment sleeps 4-5 and is one of the few rentals in the highly sought after Parker Creek area. Bring your boat or borrow our kayaks, paddle board or pedal boat. We do live on the property, but you have your own private driveway and the cottage is not attached to our home. There is a private dock available to park your boat during your stay. This one bedroom space has a Queen bed, a twin bed with trundle and a futon sofa bed. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics including coffee pot, mini refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster and air fryer. Additionally , we do have a Blackstone available on the patio along with some comfy furniture and a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
