Beautiful home. Very peaceful and relaxing. Home had a couple things that were broken that needed repairs (chairs on the dock were broken, screen on the porch was ripped , handle to the toilet was also broke) but we still enjoyed our time and would stay at the location again. Many great memories were made.

The good and great. The location is great if you want a pretty peaceful lake lot w deep water. Great outdoor space, the deck the porch the dock, all amazing. Tucked away so it feels pretty private on a big lot. Everything was well stocked, the kitchen was nice, good open space. Towels, mattress and pillows were nice. The not so good. The beds felt like they were going to collapse, the shower was extremely small, as well as shared jack and Jill w the 2 main bedrooms. The dishwasher hadn't been emptied or even started from the previous guest so it had a terrible smell. Dog friendly house, it's noticable. Lots of lightbulbs that were out. A big issue for us is no ladders or steps for the bunkbeds, makes it hard for smaller kids. Tons of potential to be a great high value Airbnb with some work.

Message host contacts Evolve who said contact a different “local boots on the ground” phone & email which meant messaging outside of Airbnb. Never got response to emails or text sent to that contact. Eventually made contact by phone but she couldn’t help & had the owner contact me. Contacted Evolve again at check in & never got a response. Contacted owner directly after that. Over half the light bulbs were blown when we arrived with multiple rooms having no overhead lights. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. I eventually determined it was broken. Bathrooms were not restocked…found dryer full of towels. Recent storms had caused some problems. If home had been properly cleaned & prepared I wouldn’t have been the one finding all the problems. Owner responded promptly & was very apologetic but didn’t have a means to resolve issues during my stay & didn’t offer any compensation for my inconvenience. Evolve was pretty useless. Great location & beautiful views. Home has lots of potential.
