Situated on the fringe of North Hobart, you will love the convenience and vibrancy of the nearby lively North Hobart strip which is teeming with an array of popular restaurants, cozy cafes and entertainment options. The apartment sleeps 4 guests and is therefore suitable for small families or couples travelling together. Location is key to a great holiday and the apartment is positioned in a fantastic pocket of Hobart, within easy walking distance to most inner-city attractions. Formerly used for commercial purposes, the industrial feel of the property has been retained throughout the apartment with modern finishes complimenting the exposed beams and brickwork. As you enter the apartment you will be greeted by an enclosed terrace that leads to the spacious open plan living area flooded with natural light from extensive glazing. A well-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances is there for guests to enjoy, should they wish to self-cater. On the ground floor, the apartment features a double bedroom with access to a rear courtyard and a central bathroom with a European laundry. Upstairs is the luxurious and private master suite with an ensuite bathroom. The apartment also includes an off street car space for one vehicle.
We had a wonderful stay here. Such a comfortable place to come back to after visiting nearby cafes or restaurants or going for a hike. We would love to stay again!
Very comfortable space in great location, off street parking for one car, 35 minutes walk to Salamanca, 10 minutes to local eateries and hill street IGA. Well equipped kitchen, very spacious rooms. It a a great base for exploring SE Tasmania. Would be happy to stay again.
