This large double decker waterfront property is truly one of a kind. Take a walk down to the Shoreline and enjoy! Swim Area with Large Lake Front Views on Center Hill Lake. This property has multiple Entertainment Areas, 2 Decks, Pirate Bar, Game Room with Ping Pong/Arcade Games, Shuffleboard, Dart Board, Grill, 2 Master Suites, 3 Double Beds and Futon. Center Hill Lake is 415 Miles of Shoreline with multiple marinas, many of which are close by land & water. This is the ONLY lake rental on Center Hill Lake that offers all these amenities this close to the water with lake access and dock. Its truly one of a kind.

Josh’s place is beautiful and a great spot for large families. It is quiet, lots of outdoor space, clean and a beautiful view. Josh was responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in/out was easy with very clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Awesome stay. Josh communicated instantly with anything that we needed. The place was so beautiful. Very peaceful. The kids loved the game room. Everything you need is already there except for food. Definitely recommend staying here. What a view every morning!!!!!
It is the perfect place to host a large group of people, and the area is absolutely stunning! The entire house was clean and organized, with lots of extra amenities and games for the guests to use.
Our family (8, plus a granddaughter) spent three nights at Josh's place after Christmas and it was wonderful. Lots of space for games and movies, the game room was perfect, and the views from the deck were beautiful. Great memories!

The neighborhood adjoins the Corp of Engineers. This property is the only rental property in the neighborhood, its a combination of primary residence and seasonal owners. The dead end road circles up and around but is a tight one lane road.
