50 meters from the beach, basic furnished apartment in the center of Bonassola village with shared outdoor space, last minute availability and for this reason out at a lowered price The apartment is In a typical local 2 apartments building and it’s surrounded by a spacious private garden, at the ground floor there is a restaurant. The apartment is quite comfortable, very functional and well located, pretty much close to everything. Linens are provided by an industrial laundry service, quality is quite good and everything is delivered sealed to us. There is a spacious garden shared with the only other apartment in the building. Both the apartment and the garden are not richly equipped in this moment, price do reflects this compromise. WINTER: the apartment has a working heating system and it's suitable all year. if you intend to book for a period longer than a week in the November to March window, please contact me to get a personal quotation based on length of stay and number of occupants PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING: The equipment is very basic, there is not A/C, no microwave (there's a full oven instead), no toaster, no espresso machine (Moka Bialetti instead) and so on. if you think you cannot gladly compromise with the lack of these I'd suggest you not to book: you dont want your vacation ruined same as I don't need a negative feedback. if you have any doubt please ask, i'm always glad to help and tend to reply in a reasonable time At ground floor there is a popular local restaurant that also takes a dedicated part of the garden, it means in some hours you'll have to deal with kitchen's smell in the apartment, please make sure you don't underestimate this if you're sensitive to smells cause it' is something I can't really do anything about WI-FI is now provided by a 4G modem, it's definitely not super fast but it's quite stable and normally enough for most of the tasks including video streaming The apartment is in a typical Ligurian building in a center village, it means houses are literally built one on the other and this may translate in a lack of privacy. You'll also see cables out of your windows, please check the pictures enclosed The apartment comes with a parking permit that allows you to park in the spaces in the village marked as "Autorizzati". in the peak of the season it still might be not easy to find a spot straight away

abbiamo passato il ponte del 25 aprile a Bonassola e non potevamo chiedere di meglio, l alloggio si trova a due passi dal mare, una volta parcheggiata l auto io mio marito e due bambini abbiamo visitato le 5 terre in treno, la stazione e praticamente di fronte, è tutto a portata di mano, pulito e spazioso meglio di quello che mi aspettavo, Bonassola è piccola ma perfetta per famiglie , l host è stato super presente e gentile da check in al check out. siamo molto soddisfatti!
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement charment ce village de Bonassola est très joli et paisible très pratique la proximité de la gare qui dessert évidement les villages des cinq terres petites épiceries ,commerces et restaurants également très proche jolie petite plage à proximité Merci à Marco pour sa patiente et sa souplesse
Die Wohnung von Marco ist sehr schön in der Altstadt von Bonassola gelegen und entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof gab es keine Lärmbelästigung durch Züge, außerdem ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. In der Straße gibt es einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Apotheke. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist der Zug zu empfehlen, da die An- und Abreise mit dem Auto nach Bonassola sehr kurvenreich und zeitaufwendig ist.
tutto e' andato per il meglio. l'unica cosa che bisognerebbe migliorare e' il collegamento dell'antenna televisiva, forse andrebbe applicata la parabola perche' i programmi hanno un segnale pessimo.
Conosciamo bene Bonassola, la casa è in ottima posizione per potersi muovere: stazione ferroviaria vicinissima ma non rumorosa, spiaggia a 100 metri, bar e altri negozi tutti a portata di mano. Sotto c’è un ristorante conosciuto nel paese, chiuso quando noi abbiamo soggiornato. Piacevole il giardino privato con aranci e limoni, a dicembre carichi di frutti e a disposizione per gli ospiti.

At the ground floor there is a popular local restaurant, it means you'll often smell unrequested food preparations, if you happen to be sensitive to this matter please DO NOT book.
Also: if you're not familiar with ligurian urbanism please note that the houses are literally built one on the other, there's short distance from your windows to the neighbours' ones, it may translate in a lack of privacy feeling.
the station is about 3 mins, it allows you to reach easily Cinque Terre and all the coast. there are also trails and walking/cycling paths. a taxi service is available in Levanto (about 15' drive away) approximately from 7 to 24
