Welcome to the safe and clean Chelsea neighborhood of Atlantic City! We are a block and a half to the boardwalk and beach. Tropicana Casino is right around the corner. 5 minutes to major casinos, convention center and Tanger outlet stores. Close to local shops, restaurants, and bars. Come enjoy this private, spacious apartment and easily experience all the great things Atlantic City has to offer! Our Chelsea Mansion is a newly renovated and luxurious Duplex property. You are looking at the private apartment on the first floor/ground level. The space includes a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 1 bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with an gas stove and oven, microwave, sink, coffee maker and refrigerator. Cooking materials such as pots, pans, silverware cutlery, glass cups, bowls and plates. Living room with a couch, coffee table, chairs, TV stand and a 75” smart TV (no cable). Guests can log into their Netflix, Hulu and more. The first room come with two comfortable Queen-sized beds, 40” TV, nightstand and dresser for your clothes. The second room has an elegant King-sized bed, 40” TV, nightstands, and a wash sink with mirror. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other essential toiletries. Iron and hair dryer are also provided. The stackable washer dryer unit is also available to use. Wireless internet and air-conditioning/heat throughout the property. Two parking passes are provided for street parking.

Very amazing place and totally worth the price. The apartment was extremely clean, beautiful and perfectly located. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything within minutes. 10/10 recommended.
We loved the place, it was clean and cutely decorated. We were stuck inside for some of our weekend due to heavy rain, but had games and tv to keep us busy. There was a water leak in the kitchen from the heavy rain but easily cleaned up with the provided mop in the kitchen. We would stay there again (that rain was heavy and no fault to owner of the leak)
We came down for a birthday celebration for a friend at Tropicana, and it is literally a block and a half away so the location is amazing! The group upstairs was celebrating a birthday as well and there was no problems sharing the house but you can hear everything clearly so keep that in mind if you get bothered by noise easily. The apartment is gorgeous and had everything we needed. No problems with parking or any danger in the area! Definitely recommend!

We are located in the center of Atlantic City, by the quiet and residential section of Chelsea Ave. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
We are only 2-10 mins drive to major casinos and other fun things in the city. We cannot control what happens outside of our house, but we always make sure that our guests are comfortable and safe inside. My property manager lives nearby and is available if needed.

Free street parking can be found on both sides of the street. But during the summer, weekend or holiday it will be much busier. Although the sign states there is a 3-hour parking limit, our guests are able to park there overnight since we are residents there.
We left two (2) resident visitor’s parking passes on the table for our guests. You just need to put the pass inside the front window of your car. Parking can be found by circling around the neighborhood. You can park within a 2-block radius except parking lots, loading zones or meter spots. Zone “B” parking pass allows you to park anywhere from Missouri to Albany Avenue. The parking permit can only be used for three (3) consecutive days. You will have to move the car every 3 days. NJ Law: Parking left wheel to curb is illegal, so please park your car facing the right direction.
*VERY IMPORTANT* Please put the parking passes back on the table before you check out or there will be a $500 fine for each missing pass. The city no longer allows us to get replacement passes. So these are the only passes we have until the next year!
If you decide to bring more than two vehicles, paid parking is $5-15 up to 12 hours at the parking lot. The address is 5 S Chelsea Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401 on the GPS. It is the big parking lot owned by Mart Public Parking. Tropicana also has parking for $20-30 and you don’t have to pay again until you move the car.
