Check in was easy, got the keys from the doorman once I showed my passport. The place seemed a bit small at first, but I got used to it. AC got enough power, but a bit noisy. Really liked the pool on the first floor to cool down. The location is perfect if you want to go to Ayala Mall. One minute walk. The communication with Lenlen was outstanding. There was an emergency power outage for several hours in the building, when the AC didn't work. She was proactive, and checked in multiple times. Whatever I asked for she responded right away. I would give 10 stars for the communication. Even though we had a hiccup with the AC and with the internet the last day, I would still rate them five stars because of the communication. I will rent again when I will be in Cebu next time. Thank you Lenlen. :)
