Room was spacious and clean. There were a lot of kitchenware but some were rusty. The knives and scissors were blunt. The water dispenser was a nice addition. The water pressure of the shower and faucets were not that high. The living room coffee table was uneven and rickety. The Internet connection broke down on the third night and it has not restored since.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mary Athens at Riala, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The check-in process was seamless, making for a hassle-free start to my stay. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and every item provided was not only useful but also added to the comfort of my stay. Overall, I had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable accommodation option in the heart of Cebu.

The location of the apartment was great. However, when we first arrive it was very dusty. Seemed like the apartment was not touched in a while.

Located in IT park, your stay is easily entertained by the many shops, malls, bars and restaurants nearby - that are just a walk away. Place was big and is comfortable for 2 people. Had all the amenities, even an in-unit washer. Washer only has an air dryer which won’t completely dry your clothes. There’s a laundromat close to the building. Only flexibility with early check-in is if you pay and the unit is strict with leaving your belongings with them. Host was very communicative and proactive with instructions. Remember to throw your own trash down the chute! Overall, I’d recommend this place.
