Pretty terrible stay - very late check in time then they had no kitchen knives, chopping board, no oil, pepper other kitchen items that were listed meaning my supermarket food shop was wasted. Host then ignored my messages about missing items. Also the flat is much smaller than I expected. Really poor experience for the price I cannot recommend at all!

Lovely stay! The place was super clean, easy to get to from the main train station, very new appliances and appreciate all the little details in the flat. The host was very sweet and attentive. The only thing for us is that it was a tad smaller than expected but that might be on us for perhaps not reading the description accurately - we are also a very tall couple so didn’t help. Besides that, everything else was great! Would recommend for a nice stay in Gloucester.
