The stay was relaxing and comforting. The house is thoughtfully designed, every nook and corner was very well used to create an excellent home stay. Room was spotless and facilities were well maintained. Extra mattress and pillows were provided for extra guests.
Great place to stay. Loved the interiors. Pranav had done a great job with the design of his house. Every nook and corner, including the artefacts are contemporary. The house is cozy, but the balcony is big and spacious and again very well designed and maintained. Me and my family had a great stay!
The host Pranav seems to be a developer which reflects in the details of this place. The place is very well designed and perfect for a couple or even a small family/group of 3-4 people. A spacious studio Flat with a living room-kitchen combo, bath plus 2 huge balconies with nice lighting and seating arrangements. The furniture is also very comfortable. Even small details like the cushion, pillows etc are well thought. The bedding was perfect and not the typical extremely soft bedding you'd find in most hotels, places, etc which leave you uncomfortable. The location is peaceful as it's a residential area but also not too far to the main areas.
It was one of the best Airbnb stays we have come across in India. Its a big studio appartment, with 2 big terraces. The interiors and the seating area at the terrace were very tastefully done and would give any big star hotels a run for their money. We were here for 3 nights n by the third day, kids just wanted to hang around and play at the flat than going out for sight seeing. It would be my first choice of stay whenever i visit Kolhapur. Highly recommended!!
Pranav's place was a great stay! The apartment was accurately listed and had very tasteful decor . Linen and extra beds were available to sleep 4 people. The curated outdoor terrace is a great place to relax with great views of the city. Assigned parking spot was included. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Kolhapur
