Very, very clean, which should be expected for the $300 cleaning fee. The $300 cleaning fee does not include trash removal. You have to load your trash into your car and take it to one of the recyling / trash areas in Innsbrook, just like the residents in Innsbrook. Well stocked kitchen. Bathroom towels and linens were good quality. Property is well maintained all around. Great communication. All in all, we loved our stay.

My family loved our relaxing weekend at this cozy chalet! We loved being tucked in the woods and among the trees, but having the ability to sit on a lovely dock on the water's edge. We enjoyed reading, relaxing, playing games, hiking, kayaking, fishing and an evening around the firepit. Both the indoor and outdoor space at this property were great! It was so peaceful and quiet. Had lots of deer visitors. The chalet was very clean and the updated bathrooms were really nice. Excellent accommodations. Easy check in and check out procedures. Helpful communication from the host.
