It's so hard to know if you're booking the right place without truly seeing it for yourself, but you WILL NOT be disappointed with this one! India and Desmond thought of everything when it comes to comfort and accommodations. It honestly felt like a 5 star hotel. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the decorating, it had very comfortable beds, an incredible massage chair that I could have spent the whole weekend in if possible, snacks and drinks, the game room...the list goes on and on. It was perfectly clean and they were very communicative! My favorite part was sitting outside on the porch with a glass of wine and the fire going. We took a 5 minute walk to Oddstory Brewery for dinner the first night, and anything further we wanted to do was just a quick drive. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this place for your stay!
This was a pristine vacation rental. They provide everything you will need for a 3 night stay which was how long we visited. We bought absolutely nothing. They have everything you need such as tp, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, towels, makeup towels, blankets, appliances, games, books, cookware, even some snacks, coffee, and sodas. The beds were comfy and the house was super clean. Everything was labeled so it was so easy to replace things perfectly before we left. The location will be more walkable once the construction is finished but the unit is super close to Oddstory Brewery which we absolutely loved. The restaurants close by were also great and this clearly the up and coming hot spot of Chat. We drove and Ubered downtown and it was less than 10 minutes no matter where we went. India and Desmond will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again. (Bring a sound machine because you will hear trains)
Spotless. Gorgeous. Just perfect! We were just driving through Chattanooga on our way home, so we just stayed for a night, but we could have easily felt at home for several days. It is a lovely place with anything you might need and then some… Thank you!
This Airbnb was like a peaceful getaway for my family. The place was super clean and cozy. We loved the Serenity Room the most with its massage chair and calming waterfall. Our host was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We had such a good time together in this calm place. We left feeling happy and thankful for the memories we made there.
India and Desmond’s place was wonderful! We went on a family trip with my two small kids and it was perfect for our family. Their place is beautiful and very peaceful. The massage chair and room were so relaxing after a long day of walking and exploring. I would definitely recommend their place. If you are concerned about the train the noise is very minimal, it was only noticeable when out on the porch but my kids loved it.

I sat curled in a fetal position calming my mind while my body’s immune system attacked me from the inside out. My skin was peeling like a snake, my legs swelled to double their size and my skin felt like it was going through hypothermia. I was unable to take care of my family, to work, and some days I was incapable of moving from the red leather chair in front of the bed in our master bedroom. My mind raced with thoughts ranging from how to heal myself to I just want this to be over. This was how I spent fall 2021. I was on medical leave from work, my husband was taking care of our daughter and working outside the house and COVID was still in full effect. After about three months of “vacation” time and the allotted time for medical leave with full benefits, I had to go back to work. I was not fully healed nor in the right headspace to return to my corporate job, but alas I had to go back. Our family depends on the income my husband and I generate. As many of you can relate, we often do what we have to in order to keep the wheels of life turning. Within that first week back I knew I needed something more. How do I change the trajectory my life has been on, so that I could take a year or more off to properly heal my body and my mind? How do my family and I create the space to live the lives we only dreamt of? How do we ensure we can take care of each other during times of crisis without the lingering, haunting thought of “I have to go back to work” to pay for this instead of being fully focused on the ones we love. Out of this devastating moment in time, I achieved absolute clarity and our real estate and property manager company IND Legacy was born. Our first property went live in July 2022! Desmond and I set out on a journey to change the course of lives, our children’s lives and the lives of generations to come. We are going to be that ONE (shout out to Ed Mylette’s Power of One More)! We are going to be that ONE in our respective families that would forever alter the course of generations to come. We are going to create generational wealth through the power of real estate and each one of you is helping to make that dream a reality when you stay with us. We set out to create spaces where families can come together and enjoy each other and create memories that will last a lifetime. Our mission is to provide you with a taste of, what I like to call, Family Luxury. You might be thinking, “what the heck is family luxury?” I’m so glad you asked!
