The owner (didn't really deal with Evolve) was very helpful and you can deal he takes great pride in his home.
Clean, new, remodeled unit with a very responsive owner/manager. The space is in an older, remodeled home with multiple units in the building. Everything was exceptionally neat and clean, which I really appreciated. As with most older buildings, there is some noise that filters in from adjacent units and the adjacent stairwell. I don't mind a little noise from my surroundings, so this unit was great for me.
