I had a great stay at Trevor’s. The host is super friendly, helpful, responsive and you can just tell he enjoys what he is doing. The house has many amenities, everything you can possibly need. The location was pretty convenient too, around 10-13 minute drive to any cafes, beaches, yoga studios etc. (Maybe one thing to have in mind - this airbnb’s location is a bit remote, so walking is not much of an option so it’s a good thing to have your own car). I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back to Nosara and Trevor’s house again in the future.

I loved staying here! I booked for 21 days and felt at home every single one of those days. The location is about 10 minutes out from the beaches/town so it’s best to have some type of vehicle or call tuk tuk when you want to get around. The house was clean and everybody staying there was friendly. Trevor was extremely helpful and helping to coordinate a variety of different things during my stay. The water did go off for two days during my stay, but that was understandable due to it being the dry season and a lack of water in the area. I’m headed back to Costa Rica hopefully in the next couple of months and we’ll stay here again.

This unique and welcoming co-living space was built for international nomads, digital or otherwise. My husband and I are very social and loved it here. From the minute we arrived, we connected with the like-minded travelers staying here, including Trevor, the host. That said, it’s not a hostel - there are only a handful of rooms (no dorms) and the entire property is modern and clean. It’s perfect if you want to meet people but also want the comforts of a nice, modern house. There are 2 kitchens that are well-stocked with an abundance of cookware and complementary oils and spices. It was refreshing not having to buy a full container of paprika or salt that we’d only use for a week. Lastly, Trevor has put a lot of attention, detail, and love in building this space and fostering the community. He facilitates get-togethers frequently, at the house or on the beach. This place is truly a gem. We are so grateful for our time at Cocoon Co-Living!
