we rented this place because it had good reviews and was affordable. it looks like the pictures, the outside is well maintained, but the inside of the house is so dirty. there were aunts crawling on the walls, the bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain was stained top and bottom, the whole room smelt like pee. Gino was great at replying, until I asked him if there was spray for the aunts, or to tell him the wifi wasn't working well. we left after half hour, and told Gino it was dirty and he refunded our money immediately. so the host was decent, but the place was dirty. do not recommend.

I loved Gino’s place, it was very comfortable and had all the things I needed. I went for a business trip and the place was the best for decompressing after a long day. Gino’s attention was the best, making sure everything was perfect, besides was very flexible with a booking request I had and accommodated being very helpful.

Really good stay in Nosara! Close to all the action and Gino was a really responsive host who was able to address all my questions and concerns immediately! Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist an einem sehr schönem Ort, den Aussenbereich war super um zu frühstücken und die Affen zu beobachten. Private Terrasse mit blick auf den Jungel. Die Strasse zur Unterkunft ist nicht gut für tiefe autos, ein hohes auto ist empfehlenswert.

First time to Nosara, and Gino's place was ideal for us. Private and still close to activities, the beach, restaurants. It's like a different world. Gino was super responsive. The area is a bit dusty as parts of the road are not yet paved. Good idea to travel with shades, face masks, or something else to cover your nose/face while walking. We would stay here again.
