Beach life. Magical, rare Beachfront Cabina just steps to the ocean. Private beach access. Nestled underneath a 200 year old almond tree giving shade and food to howler monkeys. Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of waves. Relax under palm trees, go for a beach walk next to nature without buildings, get in our kayak, book a boat and see dolphins or whales, or visit trendy Nosara for Yoga, shops, restaurants, and surf waves. Enjoy Fresh OJ and Coconut water with delivery available daily. The Beach front Cabina is located literally in the sand in front of Playa Garza Beach. It is an alone standing building within a fenced in mini community of 4 structures. There is a wooden gate that is your access by car and the parking is next to the cabina and you can also access from the beach walking. The space has its on few stairs from the property onto the beach with chairs to watch sunset or just lounge underneath the trees in the shade, or get a tan and go for a walk in the sun. Next door are some more longer term residence and the “House Of Waves”, a space of artists and musicians and our beachfront recording studio. Every Thursday evening at 7pm-10pm they host a jam night by the fire in front of the beach and guests are welcome to join. It is unplugged, so not noisy, and guest can keep their privacy. We do have 2 property dogs that roam freely, mostly by the house of waves, and are friendly but also protect the property and bark occasionally. The cabina has been updated and has a nice spacious bathroom, but still rustic and made for beach living. You may see bugs and crabs no matter how many times we clean.
