Another wonderful stay at Woodlands. Always made to feel welcome by Dee. We came back for another month after a short break away, we were greeted by wine and chocolates too, not to mention the essentials of bread, milk butter etc. If you are ever in need of somewhere to stay in Bechill, this is definitely the place to be. We are missing it already ! Thanks for having us.

Very nice small flat with everything what you need for a stay for a couple of days. Dee made us feel very welcome. The area is very quiet and the car park was really appreciated as we could leave our vehicle in front of the Annex. For sure we will come again if we are in the area. Thanks Dee for everything.

Dee's place was amazing, but what makes it amazing is Dee ! We met Dee on arrival and she showed us how everything worked. She had left tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, water so much than you would expect from air bnb. Once a week Dee would ask what time it would be convenient to come and change all the linen on the bed, change the towels (which were so luxurious and fluffy too) cushion covers, throws, everything replaced !! Two large bottles of filtered water every week too. Everything you could possibly need to cook with, utensils, dishes etc is all there. The Annexe is so comfortable and cosy and has it's own decking outside to sit on with garden furniture and cushions, shame we didn't have the weather on our side though. There is a lovely walk down to the promenade and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We loved the fact you could park your car on a private drive right outside the door. We stayed for a month and have already booked again for April. Do not hesitate to book.

In 20+ years of short stays in Bexhill, Woodlands tops them all. A quiet, accessible studio, close to amenities and cared for by a wonderful host. We were greeted on arrival, and given a quick rundown on how to operate the more modern fixtures. There are several shops, takeaways and places to eat, nearby. Woodlands is ideally placed for those wishing to visit the Cinque Ports, with Hastings and Bexhill on its doorstep. The host, Dee, looked after us from booking to check-out, I am already looking forward to future visits.

Loved staying here. The host is incredibly friendly, and very quick to respond. There were lots of lovely little touches inside the property upon arrival that really added to the experience of staying there. All amenities were as described and above. There was a helpful guide to help you know how to operate parts of the property (e.g the skylight blind) which was very helpful, and also had lists of takeaways, restaurants and shops. Dee also advised of other places locally that are nice to visit for days/afternoons out. Will definitely look to book this property again.
