Using the keypad entry, enter the home through the side door and into the mudroom to kick off your shoes and hang up your jacket. There is a laundry room and a half bath on your left as you move towards the open-concept living area. There you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that offers additional seating right next to the dining area. The living room offers ample seating to watch TV on the 55 inch smart TV or listen to music or your favorite podcast on the Bluetooth speaker. Roku devices are provided on all TVs for you to login to your streaming services. Exit through the front door for breathtaking mountain views. BBQ on the gas grill, chill in the hammock or read a book from the rockers. The back door next to the kitchen will lead you to the garden and fire pit. The primary suite on the first floor has a king-size bed and an attached bath with double vanity, walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. After a soak, settle in to watch a movie or your favorite show on the large 55 inch smart TV with wifi sound bar. Also on the first floor you will find a flex space. You choose which option works for you upon booking: - OPTION 1: Den / game room with dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and high-speed internet (844Mbps Wifi!). - OPTION 2: Full size bed with sitting areas and desk - OPTION 3: King size bed with desk An additional sit/stand desk can be provided by request. Ask us about other office equipment you may need. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and 55 inch smart TV and one with a queen bed and dedicated work space. Between the upstairs bedrooms is the second full bathroom. We welcome families and have several amenities for children such as games, a booster seat, children's dinnerware (for four) and a Pack 'n Play (please BYOBedding) Please do note that we are NOT a childproof home. Please be aware that our home is in the country so we do have insects. Indoors you may encounter asian lady beetles (they look like lady bugs) and stink bugs. Both are harmless. Please keep doors closed to avoid inviting them to stay.
