I had lots of fun here. The apartment is very close to Chiang Mai University so it’s easy to get very good restaurants here.

Had a great short stay at Ae's place. it's great...clean and modern and everything you need at your fingertips, both inside the apartment and in the neighborhood . Lots of restos, shops, and bars within walking distance. And last but not least the beautiful mountain view! Ae was also super kind and responsive in communication. Will definitely be the top of my list when I return to Chiang Mai.

My second stay at Ae place. Extended by 20 more days as the location and condo is perfect for restaurants and malls - all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Not much to add to the previous review, great view, super fast fiber wifi, super clean and Netflix on big screen TV. Just a great place to chill. Highly recommended !!

I was looking for a place with fast internet for work. Was quite happy to find Ae's place with fiber optic 500 Mbps/500 Mbps. The modem is in the room. But what made me book this place again was: 1) Amazing view of the mountains (10th floor) 2) Ae kept the room spotless, provided water, soap, toilet paper refills etc 3) Walking distance (5-10minutes) to all restaurants in Nimman 4) Comfortable bed with a TV in front of it (mirroring using cellphone is seamless) Highly recommended for solo travellers/digital nomads. AAA+++

This was such a cozy stay it made me want to move to Chiang Mai. It’s walkable to all the cute shops and cafes but it’s tucked away from the noise of the bars and clubs at night. It is close to the airport so you’ll hear planes flying but it wasn’t loud enough to wake me up or keep me awake. Plus Ae was so nice and extremely helpful with planning out itinerary. Would stay here again without hesitation!
