Nice place in a good location that was very clean, definitely would stay here again whenever I’m back in town.
The house is beautiful , non cluttered, nice linens kitchen and big TV. I had a medical procedure and the house was perfect , I felt very comfortable. I am a host myself in another county I do not use evolve as listing or management. I feel the host does a better job communicating with guests. I would stay again that the house it is that nice.

This is a new single family home in the Coffey Park neighborhood of Santa Rosa which was devastated by the wild fires but the entire community has rebuilt giving the neighborhood a new unified feeling and the neighbors were all very nice. You cannot beat a new residence and the location and proximity to 101 was great. There is No Washer / Dryer at the house so for those spending more than a weekend it might be a consideration. Also the dining table (see pictures) was a miniature sort of of picnic table which did not work well. Given the large space of the kitchen / great room a more appropriate sized dining table would be more functional.
