Please turn the spa off when you’re not using it. POOL HEATING: The pool stays at a comfortable temperature from May through Oct with free Solar heating. And we will be offering gas heating for the pool starting April 1 for an additional $150/day, with a minumum requirement of 3 nights to heat the pool and a turn on fee of $250, which is what it costs us in fees from PGE to heat the pool. To maintain pool temperature and to keep it within this cost please keep the pool cover closed at night and during the day when you’re not using the pool. For bookings after April 1 please let us know in advance if you would like to heat the pool so we can turn pool hearing on before your arrival as it can take 16-18 hours for the pool to get up to temperature. Bring your furry family (dogs) We love our furry family and welcome one well behaved under 50 pound dog with your stay. They will have a plush doggie bed, raised food and water bowls, and a fenced property to run around. Our 9 year old labradoodle, Coco, loves to zoom around the estate. It’s her favorite place to be. There is no additional daily rent to bring your furry family. We will only request an at cost additional cleaning fee of $100 per stay and for you to sign a pet contract. And we ask for a $500 refundable deposit in case of any damage. To prevent any additional fees please no doggies swimming in the pool or on furniture.
