My home is located in a beautiful, quiet, bright and gated area. Ideal for a place to relax. If your after a clean and dust free home this is the place for you. You will have complete use of the entire house . In the estate you will find a nice large pool & outdoor toilet shower plus gym. There is a private parking. My home is 2mins drive from a beautiful 4 km lake very close to movie world dreamworld 5 mins drive from Westfield shopping centre, walking distance to coles taverns and much more. The bathroom is seperate and only for you to use during your stay. The bedroom is nice clean and with ceiling fan and second room also air conditioning . House may be shared with only myself during your stay(on request if req can be without my stay) . I do not always stay at the property as I do travel frequently. If I am around, I am extremely quiet, respectful and out of your way. I also have paid tv such as Netflix, Stan etc for your use

Erisa was very flexible with the check in hours. The place was very nice and comfortable. We spent one night there, didn't have a chance to enjoy the surrounding area. Thanks
My friend and I traveled to the Gold Coast on our own for the first time, so booking an Airbnb was a first as well. Not only did Erisa’s beautiful home catch our attention, it was her personality and her flexibility when we needed help. Erisa was quick to respond, was very patient when we had loads of questions about anything and helped us check in earlier to her home. Erisa is very cooperative and understanding, so having her as a host for the first time was the best experience we’ve ever had. I’m glad she was our first. Her home was very cozy and comfortable, it felt like I was home the whole time. I would recommend her beautiful home
During the whole process Erisa was very helpful and accommodating. On check in day I received a message from Erisa to explain that trades were arranged to fix the downstairs bathroom ceiling and that there was AC to be installed upstairs. I agreed this was ok. Once we checked in my family and I went to bed early after our long drive. Woke up the next morning to a message from Erisa sent late at night, she needed to come and get her passport. I never replied due to being asleep. However Erisa came during the night and accessed the property while we were all asleep. Not only that, but there were two people sleeping in her locked bedroom. They finally left at about 2pm. I confirmed that we would have the place to ourselves prior to booking. The AC downstairs clearly needs servicing as it wasn’t working well at all. Also the AC was never installed upstairs. Upstairs was very warm and hard to sleep even with fans on. Listing says she stays from time to time. Not other people.
We just spent the night but it was a comfortable stay. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms but there is a ceiling fan. Very clean home and very hospitable and communicative host. Free parking as well.

Very close neighbours so please be mindful of noise level during your stay
There are many on street and of street parking available, free of charge and no limited restrictions.
There is also easy access to transportation
