Bright apartment located in Via Borgo Giannotti just few steps from the city walls on the first floor of a duplex. Apartment of 80 square meter very bright and nice at the first floor of a duplex with ground floor uninhabited. Having a separate entrance, the appartment consists of two double rooms, living room very spacious with one sofa bed and open space with kitchen. Two stand-alone Air-conditionining, one for the living area and one for the sleeping area. Kitchen with dishwasher. Possibility of booking with even just one room. Location very close to the city walls.

Appartamento pulito e comodo con un facilissimo accesso alla splendida citta'di Lucca.Host molto disponibile e attento alle mie richieste.Ottima esperienza,da raccomandare.

la casa è molto grande e in posizione comoda per arrivare a piedi alle mura e al centro, ( oltre che alla zona del palazzetto dello sport ) . Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di portare anche il gatto. Tutto ok!!

Het appartement is precies zoals op de foto’s! Het is mooi en netjes,ook een goede ontvangst van Roberto! Dichtbij het centrum van Lucca. Zeer aan te bevelen!!!

Roberto's apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is great. It is near the historical center and has restaurants and a grocery shop right next door. A big super market is also closeby. It is easy to take a bus to the station when leaving. Roberto himself was outside the apartment to meet us on our arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. Communication with him was easy an he responded to all our questions super quickly. I can warmly recommend his apartment to all visiting Lucca.

The apartment is located in the picturesque Via Borgo Giannotti 0,1 mile far from the historic walls for the access to the city by Porta Santa Maria which is the most characteristic.
In Via Borgo Giannotti are present, laundromat, various restaurants, pharmacies, health food stores, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, groceries, bars, hairdressers and more. By the towns shuttles can be reached the train station and other areas adjacent to the city.
