Fabulous stay. The place is immaculate. Feels brand new and so comfortable. Hosts are brilliant- friendly, helpful and great at communicating. Was a great stay.
The flat is in a new building so everything is nice and new, with elegant interior design and comfy furniture. There are a few similar flats in this building managed by Citynest. We didn't stay in the one shown in the photos, but it was quite similar. The main downside is that it's facing the M4 and A4 and while the view of the cars passing by can be mesmerising, the traffic noise from the bedroom was a bit too much for us. Fortunately, the living room is much quieter thanks to the sliding doors of the interior balcony and we could sleep and work there - though there is quite a bit of light at night. There are also some works still ongoing in the building, but most of the time it didn't bother us. Citynest is friendly and responsive. Being a small team they are on top of things. Just be aware that you also need to sign an e-rental agreement, so there might be unexpected things, like a flat inspection by the building manager in our case. Minus these things, it was a comfy stay overall.
Fabulous apartment, felt brand new. Very clean and comfortable and easy to mame myself at home. Communication from the host was friendly, helpful and professional at all times. The property is on a very noisy road so if youre used to the bustle of West London, you wont flinch though.
My very first impression was how clean the space was; I was so relieved! It felt nice and cozy. Pippa was extremely helpful and responsive; even when situations like outside construction was out of her control, she tried to intervene and keep up updated with construction schedules. Whenever we had questions or concerns, we for responses quickly and the actions even quicker. I look forward to staying here again in the near future! It’s such a pleasure!
