Old Town Fort Collins detached / private guest house. Built in 2022, this modern sunny and clean guest house/studio is above the owner's detached garage. It has a private entrance and oversized deck. It is located in the heart of Old Town and a short 3 block walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, music venues, grocery. Under 1 mile to CSU and a short bike ride to Canvas stadium. Less than 5 miles to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park. The studio is just under 600 SF with a king size bed and full size pull out sofa (the sofa can comfortably fit one adult or 2 smaller children. If you need a pack-n- play, we can accommodate). The kitchenette is fully stocked with coffee maker, convection/air fryer/toaster, microwave, sink, refrigerator (with ice maker). There is high speed WIFI, TV w/ cable access, Netflix and Hulu. Convenient alley access w/ parking space for one full size car or SUV, otherwise on street parking, no permit required. Quiet and efficient Mitsubishi wall mounted mini split for heating and air conditioning, with remote to control settings.

We loved Laura’s place!!! It was obviously new, with very cute and stylish finishes. The bed was very comfortable, Airbnb was easy to get to, and had everything we needed. We would hands down stay here again when we visit fort collins next time! Laura was a great hostess - great communication, very accommodating and helpful with local tips too. Location is perfect - walkable to old town while being quite peaceful too. Thanks Laura!
This studio was perfect while we were in town to support our oldest who ran the Colorado Marathon. My husband (10k) and I (5k) ran in the event as well. The street parking was helpful since we were in the area before check-in. The studio was clean and well appointed. Walking to the various restaurants & shops in Old Town was a breeze! We’d absolutely stay here again next time we are in town to visit our CSU son.
We had a wonderful stay! The studio is lovely and so comfortable. Laura has thought of everything to make your stay the BEST! We loved the location and walked everywhere in Old Town FC. We will definitely be back!
What a wonderful little gem! The property was super clean and comfortable! The location was excellent! In walking distance to everything! The amenities were great! Plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet, safe,neighborhood. A wonderful stay for us in Fort Collins! Highly recommend!

We are located in the Library Park neighborhood and are close to everything great about Old Town Fort Collins
You can walk or bike anywhere downtown, the breweries or to CSU. We are 2 blocks to the Poudre River and can access the bike trail from there. Less than 5 miles to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park.
