Cute place but furniture was very uncomfortable and cheap. Back yard is private and comfortable beds.

The house and location were great, and Stacy was helpful and pleasant! Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and everything was as expected, except the washer/dryer 2-in-1 appliance is pretty much useless and does not dry.

The house was clean and in a safe area. After having 4 consecutive easy airbnb stays in other locations, I did not read all the fine print before booking this last location. This is run by a separate rental business with their own contact terms. They were very friendly and responsive, but I was not ready for all the additional requirements or mentions of extra charges to the card on file including a separate pet fee (per pet) when the cleaning fee was already double what we paid at each of the other 4 locations we stayed at. If you read all the information on airbnbs site it explains the separate contract terms.
