The apartment has a 24hr access digital keypad entrance, which means you don’t need to worry about keeping to any schedules.
The place has a one-car internal garage which is perfect for a small or midsize car, My Hilux truck just fits in but a big SUV may be too wide but an F-Pace Jaguar does squeeze in. As the downstairs bedroom entrance is past the parked car. A wide car makes it a little tricky to get to that bedroom, Small or midsize easy as, Just drop your passengers off first and then drive in close to the wall which will give you more room to unload your car and get past.

IMPORTANT NOTES
* You will experience some train noise, I doubt you find this an issue. The property is double glazed so noise is minimal when doors are closed. The trains stop at around 11 pm during the week and later on the weekends and start after 5 am.
Great location, private garage, and free and easy townhouse, then this is your place. \
A small Liquor store is 2 min walk, Servo 1 minute, and Restaurants or uber eats are minutes away. There are so many options. Parnell has some cool shops and lovely Restaurants, Di Mare is very cool to eat at. I have created a list of all 60 of them and will share with you before your stay.
This townhouse has 3 levels, and 2 flights of stairs, pack light or have two bags as carrying up one big bag to the upstairs bedrooms .or stay in the downstairs bedroom - next to your car.
Nice tree outlook from the main living room deck. Due to the light pollution, the birds don’t know when the morning is so you will hear the Tuis from around 3 am which is pretty cool for an inner city pad, the bird life is pretty cool.
Auckland Domain and museum is a 5-minute walk away via the lower domain entrance. There are some cool running and walking tracks in the domain.
Parnell Train station is nearby closer than Britomart but it's a little tricky to find
Paddington Pub eatery is nearby and is pretty good.
* This apartment is situated within a quiet residential environment, which means there are strict noise controls. But saying that the apartment is well insultated so you would have to be very loud to cause a disturbance.
The building is heavily monitored by security and they enforce a $250 fee for anyone causing a disturbance to others.
