Property will accommodate a maximum of 8 guests (max occupancy is strictly enforced), & is an entertainers dream. Property is located just 6.5 miles from the Sequoia National Park entrance, & is a great place to recharge after exploring the park. Take a stroll to the bottom of the hill or shortly up the street to several shops & restaurants. PLEASE NOTE - There will be construction closures and traffic delays in Sequoia National Park on Generals Highway in April & May. There will be 8 weeks of construction occuring between Hospital Rock and Giant Forest Museum. The highway maybe closed or have traffic delays during this time. Please check the Sequoia National Park Service website for the most up to date information before making your reservation. We do not offer refunds or reschedules due to park conditions. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed Bedroom 2 - King Size Bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen Size Beds Property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 game room areas Property is equipped with a classicSuper Nintendo Entertainment System gaming console which has been outfitted with every Super NES game produced. Have fun taking a stroll down memory lane!!! WHAT'S PROVIDED: Dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are all provided for your convenience. You may need to purchase additional supplies for larger parties or extended stays. Also, we provide all of the following freshly laundered linens for your stay: towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, quilts, and blankets. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a delicious meal. A Keirug duo is available for your caffeine needs (which can make single cups or full pots depending on your needs). If cooking isn’t your thing the local town is a quick walk or drive away and has several different dining options available. Free Wifi is provided, and TVs are equipped with streaming via Sling. Property has both heating and air conditioning. We also have an onsite 220 volt 20 amp EV onsite which is available to guests. Charger has a 40amp 14-50 plug in available. Public Kaweah River access is available at Cobble Knoll and Slick Rock.
