Nestled in a true gem of a rural neighborhood, this rural retreat has unmatched access to both Bryan and College Station. We've timed it - only 7 minutes to parking on game day! We furnished the home with large groups and families in mind - there is plenty of room inside and out for entertaining. The space includes two living rooms with TV's, furnished galley kitchen, large outdoor patio seating area with grill as well as a sprawling front lawn with a firepit and yard games. The backyard pasture view is an added bonus. We provide the following amenities to provide a worry-free stay in College Station. - Kitchen tools as well as spices, oil. - Firewood for fire pit. (1 rack included, additional firewood can be purchased). - Yard games (cornhole, giant Jenga, badminton, giant 4 square). - Board and card games. - Grill includes propane tank and necessary cooking tools. - Starlink Wifi for quick internet access despite rural area. - Toilet paper (4 rolls) and paper towels (1 roll). - Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hair dryer.
