Small, well kept home. Clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Spacious and useful kitchen. Main bedroom crowded but this was expected. Small living room and eating room were nice and give some communal areas. Upstairs loft was nice and allowed for some privacy. One minor complaint was the lack of bathroom supplies (no shampoo, soap, etc.). This was quickly fixed by a single text. Price seems a little high given the town it is in but Northfield is close to everything one needs and not a far drive to downtown Cleveland. MGM slots casino is 2 minutes away as well.

The listing was as described and worked out fine. That said, it looks like a quick flip that felt cheap in a number of ways -- super basic/bare minimum furnishings, the kind you see for home stagings (dressers felt like they were made of cardboard, mattress dropped on spartan frame, no side tables or plugs near bed, paint slapped on the walls, cabinets/doors were jammed due to dry paint, inexpensive decorations), missing light bulbs (e.g. a fixture that was supposed to have 6 bulbs had only 2 mismatched bulbs and 4 missing), etc. I must have been one of their first guests as there were stickers/labels on everything still (e.g. coffee maker had factory tape on it, furniture had tags hanging off it, etc.). Cleaning fee was more expensive than one day's rent. On the good side, really solid WiFi which I appreciated. Nice new fridge and stove/oven (though I didn't use either). Super quiet neighborhood and house. Easy PIN code access. Relatively simple checkout procedure.
