If you want to enjoy the city and its history, we have what you need! This is a beautiful 30 sqm studio, just a breath away from Kallimarmaro (Panathenaic Stadium) and the best landmarks in Athens. Discover the ancient world easily by foot or nearby metro. Simply open the door and savor the city. As a passionate traveler, I created this independent studio to share with you the experience I seek at every destination! Feel at home and fill the space with memories! Our studio is minimal, beautiful in one of the best parts of the city, Kallimarmarο (Panathenaic Stadium). It consists of a single room of 30 square meters and a bathroom. Our architect has made the most of the space, winning every inch of it, offering you a comfortable stay. Entering from the street directly into the apartment, you will see our fully equipped kitchen. Stepping down two steps only, you will find yourself in the spacious living room which consists of two sofas (one of which becomes a double bed) and a large glass table for both eating and working. Behind the elegant divider is the double bed with our delightful mattress to offer you moments of rest and relaxation. The lamps above the bed can provide you with plenty of light for reading, but can also be used as wireless chargers! Finally, you enter the bright and completely renovated bathroom to enjoy a hot shower after returning from a tiring day.
