Upstairs you will find an entertainer's delight with amenities that include an open floorplan, living room with big screen tv and gas fireplace and private balcony with patio seating that overlooks the ocean below. For your enjoyment there is a mini bar with beverage fridge a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and large island with seating and a large dining table. Perfect house for our family of six. Access to the resort, including the pools and beach. We enjoyed our stay.
Was a very nice place to stay! Perfect view, location was right the pool with a big grass area to play! Staff was easy to contact and responded very quickly! We will stay again!

Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, 3 pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minutes drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and it's visitors. The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
