We stayed at Binnies for 30 days, the place was immaculate and Binnie made sure everything you wanted and needed was in the house. If you want to be in the Brownwood area her place is the best, right across the street. You could walk but take the golf cart, more fun. If there is any negative in my opinion is the furniture was rather uncomfortable and the lack of cable TV. With that said, yes I would stay there again and recommend staying there for your vacation or winter rental. Thanks Binnie
Thank you for a wonderful experience. We are frequent AirBNB renters and truly appreciate how well this property was appointed. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels top notch, kitchen amazingly well stocked with everything that we needed. The golf cart was a great addition to the rental and made navigating The Villages simple. Binnie was an exceptional host - very responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

Jeff & I continually state the beauty of The Laurel Highlands, here in Somerset, an so appreciative to experience the amazing and stunning 4 Seasons it offers. We enjoy the outdoors, meeting new folks and traveling. We recently moved to Florida, and enjoy the tropical and countryside appeal it provides and the many new adventures and activities that Florida offers.
