our stay was pleasant and the Manager got us all we needed. If I have anything bad to say, the building is in dire need of repair. But we did get what paid for

l'appartement est lumineux et bien placé. attention cependant au voisin du dessus : très mal insonorisé. la cuisine à part quelques ustensiles de cuisine était vide.pas de sel ni poivre .Pas de dosette à café keurig : 4 auraient été sympa : seul appartement sans dosettes d'avances..un peu déçu. les lavés linge et sèche sont payant ..je ne reviendrai pas

Be sure to read emails ahead of time if needing parking. I read as we got close to location and realized I had to respond if I needed parking. Luckily, I messaged and got a quick response to solve it all. Simple but picky thing, could use more towels. Only 1 bath towel per guest, a hand towel in bathroom and wash cloth in kitchen.

Abati is a company with the goal of making money. It is not an individual host and you will not get a personal or pleasant experience staying with Abati. The rental I stayed in was not as described, overall pretty dingy and in need of repairs. There were multiple missing amenities. No coffee, salt/pepper, garbage bags, paper towels/napkins, beach towels, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, and more. I messaged Abati about these upon check-in and my message was ignored. After ignoring my message, Abati threatened to have my car immediately towed for parking on premises. I was also confronted by one of Abati's managers who treated me like a child and argued with me about the missing amenities, claiming they are not offered, despite being on the listing. I was messaged by another manager who offered to drop off the missing amenities the following day. They only left us 3 k-cups. I have never experienced an AirBnB that doesn't include basic household essentials.

Wasn’t ready at check in time. Also, location is great but very noisy neighborhood.
