This apartment is blocks away from shopping and restaurants. It's nestled in the heart of Edgewater and is a short drive to South Beach. It has everything you need in the place everyone wants to be. LOCATION: The property is just a 5-10 minute drive from South Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and has several bars and restaurants at your doorstep. BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 air mattress. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Queen Air Mattress (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and a hairdryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (100-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6 and the kitchen bar has seating for 2, a dining table with sating for four, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. PARKING: This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space (complimentary), additional metered street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. The location is great, and walking distance to most places you’d want to go. The place was mostly as described in the photos. It had been nicely cleaned before our arrival, but they used electric air fresheners which made the place smell quite bad (at least in our opinion - I know a lot of people like these artificial air fresheners, but we don’t). It took a while to air the place out. The beds were fine and the sheets clean. The building itself is a bit run down and the bedroom doors are out of alignment so they don’t close. The place could use a bit of TLC. The dishwasher leaks so we only used it once and the dryer had pre-existing towels and items in there (which was fine since we didn’t need to do laundry). The fridge was very nice and big. To be fair, I didn’t report any of this to John. It wasn’t a big deal, and didn’t affect our stay. However, for the money we paid, I thought these things should have been dealt with. All in all decent, but not sure I’ll be back.

The building is centrally located to all of Miami's hotspots. It is minutes from Wynwood, Downtown and Brickell. It is also very close to the bridge that leads to South Beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and are all within walking distance of the property
