The Grove is an elegant one-bedroom apartment named after its history,previously a Bentley Garage! Now a spacious contemporary space. Newly furnished with a modern kitchen, a bay window with circular dining area, and living room. Right next to Sandford Park and around the corner from Cheltenham town. This amazing apartment comes with a rare parking space and king-size bed with triple mirrored wardrobe and desk/dressing table Warm and welcoming ground floor apartment. King size bed, relaxing living room, bay window dining, spacious bathroom with large shower tray. This is not your typical ground floor apartment with large windows it’s light and spacious

Corporate let so lacking personal touches. No teatowels so had to buy kitchen roll and use that. Very close to high street so easy walk in, but near busy road so road noise all night. Good bathroom, weak shower as usual in holiday lets. TV has no live TV just apps, and no Disney+ which was mentioned in check in notes. car space very tight. Luckily no car in no. 2 so could wiggle in, but if car there, near impossible to get car in. Passenger has to get out before as hard up against a fence. Good for a couple of nights and great to walk into town for food etc. Toilet seat loose - needs screws tightening. Shower electric but test of hot water from small tank under sink so runs out fast if using sink in bathroom and washing up.
Fantastic little flat. Couldn’t have picked a better location. With parking & EV charging this little cracker of a flat is pretty much spot on!
George was extremely responsive and helpful before my stay, answering my queries and making recommendations which were very useful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location, with central Cheltenham within a short walking distance. Whilst next to a busy road, it is much quieter at night and I slept well. A definite bonus was having an allocated parking space (although its position made it quite tricky to manoeuvre in and out of, even in a small car ... in a larger car it would be nigh on impossible!) A great place to stay when in Cheltenham!
Good aspects: Easy walk to town and some very good places to eat nearby. Wi-fi and good USB provided. Nice to have an allocated parking space. The apartment was secure, clean and comfortable. Notes: Not a big deal for us, but the Grove apartment does get quite a bit of traffic noise from the adjacent road junction. The bedroom is less affected. Also we kept the blinds closed or part-closed all the time, for privacy from the road & pavement.
Very clean and beautiful flat a few minutes walk from the town centre. everything I needed was included and it provided a great space to work from.

Lovely neighbourhood, close to shops and restaurants. Great for guest parking. Own allocated parking space with optional EV charging point (charges & app log-in apply) Sandford park is right next door
For guest the main and easier way of getting around would be walking. Walk through Sanford park for around 5mins and you are in the heart of the town
