Mark's Airbnb was the perfect location for our family of adults and children of all ages. The pool was amazing, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was big enough for everyone to make great family meals together. There are plenty of beach things to do within 15-20 minutes of the home—great beaches, restaurants, tours, etc. I highly recommend Mark's place for family/group get-togethers.

Well equipped house. Very clean and spacious. Awesome to spend a weekend with the whole family. I will not doubt to rent it again. The house has everything you need. The neighborhood is really peaceful. The beds were so comfortable. The game table and the pool games were a plus plus. Our teenagers had a blast. I definitely will vacay there again. 1000% recommended!! Mark is very responsive, give us very clear instructions, very kind to leave us suggestions of restaurants and leave us snacks and water. Very grateful for that. I even love the house for myself. We had an awesome time!!!

Been doing a spring golf trip for the last several years with a group of friends. We’ve gone to several different places. This home definitely met our needs and expectations and would stay there again if we return to the Bradenton area, which we probably will. Had a great time!

This is one beautiful and spacious home, that had room for everyone and our family spent a lot of time in the pool area! The beaches are close, but because of the bridge traffic, you would be wise to plan your beach trips early or spend a fair amount of time on one of the two bridges getting there. There are great restaurants on both sides of the bay and plenty of spirits as well. Me and my family had a wonderful time during our stay and would do it again next week, if we could!
